Sophisticated and balanced, my dishes come to life at the Maussane market and local produce stands. After a meticulous selection of my ingredients, I craft and refine the menu that will later be served on your plate.

My menus have already won over numerous gourmets, but I would be delighted to consider your suggestions and create a new recipe based on your ideas.

My menus are selected based on my principles, featuring honest and generous cuisine that prioritizes the quality of ingredients. Environmentally conscious, balanced, and chosen according to the seasons, you will see me cook the meal in front of you, with all my heart.

With friends, we rented a magnificent house in Les Baux de Provence and decided to use Saveur des Alpilles based on recommendations. The evening was fabulous, and we can only applaud Dominique's professionalism and good humor.

The dishes were delicious and full of flavors.

We will undoubtedly call on her again during our next stay!
