Private chef for 7 years, I left this field to further my knowledge working with a caterer, in a Greek restaurant, and then with a certain autonomy, I developed the range for the savory laboratory of the 3 Hache bakeries, Michelin-starred chef in Eygalières.

These years have allowed me to work with Michelin-starred chefs, personal chefs, caterers, and restaurateurs. In this way, I was able to collect, observe, learn different ways of doing things, and gather the best for my recipes.

Today, after more than 12 years of experience, with Saveurs des Alpilles, I have a great mission: to put all my expertise at the service of your meals. Discreet and generous, the quality of my service will always be my priority.

In November 2021, a Masterclass in collaboration with Hervécuisine at the Provence Prestige Fair.
